2018 Scholarship Recipients
Hubert Celinski of Naperville, IL – Hubert received the Legacy Scholarship for 2018. He is continuing his degree at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Andrew Shaw of Jerseyville, IL – He is a graduate of Jersey Community High School and is attending Southern Illinois University at Carbondale pursuing a degree in Automotive Technology.
2017 Scholarship Recipients
Declan Wold – 2014 Alton High School graduate, pursuing an Automotive Restoration degree from McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas. This is Declan’s third consecutive year of receiving this scholarship through our Legacy Scholarship Program.
Edward Mavromatis – 2015 William Fremd High School graduate, pursuing an Automotive Marketing and Management degree from Northwoods University in Midland, MI. This is Edward’s third year of receiving this scholarship through our Legacy Scholarship Program.
Hubert Celinski – 2014 Metea Valley High School graduate, heading to Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, having attended College of DuPage for the previous two years, in pursuit of an Automotive Engineering degree.
Cesar Ortega – Current student at Southern Illinois University pursuing a degree in Automotive Technology, scheduled to graduate in 2017-18.
2016 Scholarship Recipients
Nathan Lee - 2015 New Trier High School graduate pursing an Automotive Technology degree at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Ahmad Abu Ghalyoun - a 2009 graduate of Taha Hussein Secondary School in Jordan, followed by coursework at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, IL. He will be starting at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in the fall.
2016 Legacy Scholarship Recipients
Declan Wold - a 2015 recipient who will be transferring from Lewis and Clark Community College to McPherson College in Kansas to enroll in their Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Restoration.
Edward Mavromatis - a 2015 recipient continuing to pursue an Automotive Marketing and Management degree from Northwood University in Michigan.
Jake McAtee - a 2015 recipient continuing to pursue a GM certification in Automotive Technology at Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, MO.
