Andy Batchelor Memorial Automotive Scholarship

Before you begin, a complete application requires:

• The online application with all required fields.

• If you are applying as a legacy application recipient, please use this form.

• An essay - between 250-800 words.

• your high school transcript.

• If you are already in a post-secondary school, submit BOTH your high school transcript and your post-secondary school transcript.

• We will accept copies of all school transcripts.

• At least one reference letter.

Please look over the whole application form and collect the information you’ll need before you begin.

All materials must be to the Scholarship Committee by June 1, 2021 for consideration for any of the 2021 scholarships.

Incomplete applications will NOT be considered for ANY awards.

You can complete and submit your entire application online. You can find the online application on our website at www.batchfam.org or at this location.

If you need to mail any supplemental materials for your application, they can be sent two ways - please be sure your name is on all materials you send:

You email your materials to jrdefranco@batchfam.org if you are unable to upload them to the website application. If you send an email, please be sure to include your name in the subject line of your message.

Remember, to be considered for any scholarship, you must submit:

1. This online application with all of the required information

2. Your essay

3. At least one reference letter

4. Your high school transcript

5. If you are already in a post-secondary school, your transcript from that school
   

   Please make sure you have included or emailed/mailed all of these documents by the deadline.
