Meet the Board of Directors:

Jennifer (Batchelor) DeFranco, Chairman

Jennifer is the daughter of Andy Batchelor.  Jennifer graduated from Illinois State University and  is independently contracted as a travel specialist with a national agency.  In addition she has been an active leader and volunteer for a multitude of non profit organizations including: the Illinois PTA, National PTA, United Nations Foundation, One-Five Foundation, the Palatine Celtic Soccer Club, Women’s Club of Inverness, and she is a retired Girl Scout leader.  She lives in the Chicagoland area with her family. 

Jennifer is the proud to serve as the Chairman of the foundation.   She likes to think she inherited her leadership qualities from her dad.

Mark Batchelor is the son of Andy Batchelor.   Involved in many levels in the high tech industry Mark has worked for fortune 500 companies as well as internet start-ups to provide technical and management expertise.  His skills are technical as well as strategic which has allowed him to stay at the fore-front of the internet security industry.

As a past time, mark enjoys restoring cars and working with anything mechanical.  He no doubt inherited this past time from his father, Andy Batchelor.

Dan Wickenhauser attended Lewis and Clark College in Godfrey, IL. and is ASE Master certified in Auto Body Refinishing.  He worked with Andy Batchelor for 17 years as the General Manager of Andy's Auto Body of Alton Inc.  Dan is currently working for American Family Insurance as a Senior Damage Appraiser and Trainer.

His success in business is directly attributable to the knowledge gained from working with Andy Batchelor and his love of cars is a direct result of their friendship.


Jack Champlin, Director

Jack Champlin, Director

Jack Champlin completed an apprenticeship in carpentry in 1972 with the U.B.C.  Going on to work at his craft for more than 46 years, retiring from a large corporation after 35 years.

He has developed a huge love of cars over the years by doing mechanical and auto body work as a hobby.  He learned much of his knowledge about cars through his life long friendship with Andy Batchelor.
